Delt is way above phipsi. This shouldnt even be a question. Only thing better is PhiPsi’s house. If you are joining a fraternity bc of a house, you are dumb af Quality of guys and traditions are much better in delt. Just look a phipsi’s pledges, and then look at Delt pledges. There is a very visible difference lol
