Balanced Man "Sound Body" Programming One of the things our chapter prides itself in is Intramurals. While this is not the perfect answer to ensuring that members have a "Sound Body," it is a good start. Our chapter regularly holds basketball games on the chapter's private court. Furthermore, our chapter is involved in numerous outdoors activities like camping, water skiing, and Hatha yoga.
