Alpha Chi does well by COBing instead of taking whomever to hit quota. That being said, they are on the weaker edge financially due to membership numbers, which means they can’t have as large a budget as the others. Maybe that’s ok, maybe not. Also, maybe it’s ok to be smaller overall. Maybe not.
