Sigma Delta Tau does informal recruitment both in fall and spring. It's the exact same process as formal recruitment (open house, philanthropy, sisterhood, pref, bid day), only way less stressful. you talk to the girls for a while to get to know them beyond "whats your name, where are you from, whats your major, ok it was soooo nice to meet you bye!" like some sororities do during formal. Sigdelt isnt super popular because we are smaller, do informal recruitment, and dont have a live-in house. But the girls are high quality sisters.
