well not talking location because other than Delt and Fiji, most are in west campus. I would say that FIJI has the best house because of pure size and location, but if you want a traditional frat house then KA is the way to go. their house looks like what you would think a frat house looks like. trees big front yard, biggest columns, inside is the nicest I've seen so far with the redo, and the house is quite big as well. sigeps house looks nice on the outside but is nasty on the inside. kappa sig and phi psi have very nice houses but neither look like a frat house. zbt has a pool. sigma chis house looks pretty bad on the outside.
