Don’t really think it is covering up. PKT are competing for the same girls. One of them almost always comes up short or at least gets a weaker class. This year Kappa really did well pref night so Theta lost girls to them and only had 40 girls pref them but they were girls Theta really wanted and Pi phi lost plenty of girls to Kappa and Theta also but got lots of good ones. Pi phi had TONS of legacies going through who did end up preffing them which helped them get good girls. Pi phi and Theta both ended up with 65 and Kappa had 68 by bid night. Next year Pi phi might be the top one. The year Kappa had to snap a few was a great year for Theta. When you have to make as hard a cuts as those three do and are rushing same girls, it just works out that someone doesn’t do as well. Happens every year.
