I think you’re right but I think we all understand that every single chapter is great! Even SDT. That chapter is filled with neat, caring, smart girls. They may not get a full group every year because most girls rushing want the typical sorority experience which SDT may not necessarily give but every single house at UT is filled with Girls that go on to grad school, have fun in their own way, are social amongst their peers, have varied outside interests, travel, care about school, etc. not just the top seven chapters. All of the houses have a different vibe for sure, you just have to find the spot where you sit. Because the “popular” chapters can only take so many girls, the pnms will naturally filter down.
