They were Never rock bottom. They were always below ADPi but above KD. They stopped taking so many legacies so they had room for higher quality/ attractive girls. Once they got a few highland park and Memorial girls in their mix, they were able to gain traction over the years. They swap with ZETA, ChiO and DDD regularly and even take a few girls from PKT, the ones that really just want a more down to earth experience. that’s where APhi comes in. They have actives that are close friends w/ Pi Phi in particular. I personally have never seen such a turnaround in Greek life like this one (except when a chapter is out right closed down and then started over again ).
