IMO, the mid-tier looks like this: Pike, Phi Psi, Sammy Phi Delt/Lambda Chi (one's been on the decline while the other appeared out of nowhere, but they're on the same level as of now) Pi Kapp, Beta Keep in mind, there's a bigger drop between Sammy and Phi Delt/Lambda Chi than there is between Phi Delt/Lambda Chi and Pi Kapp.
