I was from out of state and barely knew anyone. There's two things you can do: 1. Sign up for rush lists on the Texas IFC website, you will get texts from lots of lower and some mid tier frats about events and stuff 2. Find connections and friends of friends who know people at top tier frats and get on their lists I did option two and am still very happy with where I went If youre talking about sorority rush then I have no idea
