It does not matter where you live! Hardin House has girls from all sororities, not just top 6!! The biggest difference is that almost everyone in Hardin is greek, but you will have non-greek in SRD (may 20-30% non-greek). Calloway is a great choice too, but sorta wild, but super nice! If you want all girls, SRD or Hardin (personally I like SRD best because it is so pretty and has decent food). You can't go wrong with any of these choices.
