They've actually updated their national website and it's at least a little more functional but they've removed the list of all chapters which had the inactive ones with years of founding and closing. If they would follow the processes in place, like any normal NPC group, they might be more successful and actually have the ability to grow and become a full-fledged NPC group. But, they just show up on campuses that don't want them, without asking, and start recruiting.
