As for sigma chi getting their new house finished in the spring? LOL. Sigma chi’s construction BEGINS in the spring KS house may have suites but doesn’t have too much going for it, phi psi’s house, for example, is much nicer (let me be clear that phi psi isn’t even in the same realm as KS in terms of quality as a frat as a whole, I’m solely comparing houses). They do have the lodge and a decent backyard but the house feels like more of a dorm than a fraternity Even if delts house were doubled in size and completely repainted and refurnished it would be diffucult for them to make up for the poor location.
