Phi Delt and ATO have unofficially partnered with a lot of the guys who were ATO are going the ranks of ATO. For this year, Phi Delt is having 70 or 80ish guys who used to be ATOs pay dues/partner with them. For girls, this means more bar tabs with better budgets, more guys at the Phi Delt/ATO parties and a more convenient tailgate area if they want to hang out with their ATO friends than before. For guys, Phi Delt/ATO has another 80k they have coming in without expenses and will probably throw a killer Roundup set with more late nights.
