Pike is for sure upper than Pikapp. Pike has better sorority relations and parties. And they have more members and are about to get their new house. Pikapp is hard to distinguish imo. Some of them are actually typical frat guys you’d see at other mid-upper frats but there are some bunch of goons that you’d never think they are in greek life. From what I heard, they have been growing ever since they got off from probation and there have been some ‘cleaning house’ for reformation. Bottom line, Pike is slight upgrade from PiKapp but add craziness to it. Both got better potentials than Phidelt or ATO at this point
