Theta is redoing the house this coming school year (2019-2020) and have been doing a major capital campaign so they should be having close to 2-4 million dollar renovation of the house. As someone with a lot of friends who live in the house right now, the pool and patio in the backyard is beautiful and the courtyard in the front is super fun. The inside has a little bit of grandma vibes with a lot of history but more relaxed.
