For any of the top 8 fraternities, you’ll need a connection (knowing an active, knowing a girl who’s friends with actives, knowing alumnus, etc) to even get on the rush list. Maybe try looking up the fraternity’s website to find out the rush captain contact info and contact them that way but that may not work. For the ones below that you can just sign up on the IFC list and they’ll contact you from there
