Neither. I wouldn't trust phi psi. During rush they acted like salesman who were trying to pressure us into joining... not a good look. The actives on exec just literally got kicked out of the fraternity by alumni... take that how u will. Their house is sick tho but who knows if they'll get their act together by the time you graduate At least people talk about phi psi. I've never heard a girl even mention Pi kapp. They're not really on the radar... they have a lot of minorities so if that's you then rush them u may fit in\n\n\n\n\n
