It's impossible for Tx Rho to go local. Their housing Corp won't go with that. Don't forget when KA was Omicron they were shopping around with the idea of affiliating with another national fraternity. You can't go local for too long. Its just too risky and no group or individual alum with money to burn would open themselves/himself to that. You can read  about that just by doing a google search. Also SAE national has borne the brunt of serious hazing deaths and mishaps in the past decade or so culminating to that whole banning of the pledging process. They won't tolerate any under the table shenanigans anymore even for a historic and successful chapter likeTx Rho. Times have changed... 4 yrs is pretty mucb a death sentence
