Some things right, but not all. The current kappa sighouse was sigma nu's original house and propertythey built it from scratch and was renowned for having a swimming pool in the back. It was never owned by kappa sig. google sigma nu's Rho chapter at Missouri. Yes, their house was based off oftheir rho chapter. To say fiji wasn't that good is a joke. Phi delt used to be #1 or #2 with fiji but that was a long time ago. Sae only started getting into the "top tier" in the 80s after ato and kappa sig slipped up. Beta (not really top tier) and phi delt both went into decline in the late 80s as did ato (kicked for hazing) and kappa sig.
