Actually, sounds like she's really interested in a particular house (what a novel approach!), so uh, yeah, she can "rush Tri Delta". The issue is, why would she want to? Lots of country girls who were pace or acc as freshman have really taken them down. Chi O, on the other hand, is more prestigious. Tri Delta seems like a solid big 6 house from the outside but really, once you get to know the actives, you see they are really kind of unimpressive and a little red necky.
