Congrats to Sigma Chi for what they have done in the last 2 years. They have quadrupled the size of their chapter in nearly no time. However, I would like to note that they have reached their maximum potential. They will continue to get 50 + man pledge classes and compete with Delt, Pike and ATO and probably lead that pack without any problems. However, until they build a new house and new facilities they will never be on the same level as Fiji, SAE, KSIG, SigEP, or Omicron. Their very nice houses will continue to attract the cream of the crop high school students. And their huge increase in dues will veer those that aren't as financially blessed to other fraternities. Disclaimer: I'm not saying the guys in the top houses are in anyway cooler; actually they are probably more socially awkward because they most likely went to private high schools. They are just rich with money and rich with family tradition.
