Phi psi is dedicated to raising chapter GPA, with mandatory study hours and a free hour a week with a tutor included in the price of dues. They don't have a rep for hazing as hard and are going to be lenient when it comes to weeks where you have tests and assignments. Pike does not have as strong of a commitment to raising chapter GPA and will care a lot less about your grades. Obliviously Phi Psi is in the mindset of "we're moving up in the world" because of their new house, and that sense of ambition is translating into a desire to increase the chapter's GPA ranking as well.
