Let me set the record strait DU was alright at Texas from the late 1950s to the middle 1980s.They averaged anywhere from 80-110 members and had a decent social calendar. Were they as good as KA ATO etc , of course not, but they weren't the worst. They got worse in the mid to late 80s and never recovered. They own a house worth 700,000 outright and have some alumni support. Could they get to Pi Kap level in 3-4 years, possibly. Can they get to mid tier(ATO/ Pike) . I don't see it.
