It's definitely possible. My chapter has quite a few of nursing majors as well as the other sororities on campus as well. There's really a wide range of majors and I've seen quite a few graduate with a neuroscience degree or a nursing degree. It just depends on yourself, and what you can handle. I would definitely say having sisters helps, because we all look out for each other and you can definitely find gals who already took the courses to help you out or people to study with. I would just say it depends on you and what you can handle. I would just try recruitment and see how it goes.
