Guys, I've seen PKT w/those groups you categorized below (other group of frats). W/the 10% rule it's a little (tho not much) different now. But yes, basically it stays the same, and g-r-a-d-u-a-l-ly changes. My mom said when she was in school, Sig Ep was lower mediocre. That was the early 70s. Now, they are great!
