NO ONE would ever mistake DDD for a top tier national sorority. Outside the south they have zero name recognition and few to no upper tier chapters. Same with ADPI, KD, AOPi and Phi Mu. DZ is the national joke of sororities. AZD isn't good anywhere and their national is weak. Theta and PiPhi are much stronger nationally than any of the others you have in that "tier."
