Chi Phi was a good fraternity here from 1892-1972. Closed by the unrest in the early 70s. Several fraternities that are good today almost closed as well. The Chi Phis came back I the mid 80s and never really got a foothold. Weak chapter maybe 25 guys. A lot like DKE or Delta Chi.
