PIKE is kind of in its own weird little tier kind of like ZBT (not WITH ZBT, in its own tier LIKE ZBT). It's not as good as delt or KA. But it is DEFINITELY not as bad as ATO PHI PSI PHI DELT etc. I guess you could say delt KA are lower top tier while pike is probably the top of the middle. I don't think they're as bad as some "top" houses say but I also don't think they compete with like FIJI and SAE
