I don't have the time to wordsmith a "pc" answer, but if you're culturally more white than black (i.e., you grew up in an affluent area and have mostly white girlfriends from high school), then you're likely to fit in with the sorority girls here. I assume this is the case since you're interested in NPC rush vs the historically black sororities. As long as you have a stellar resume and recs lined up for each house (the same things every other pnm needs), you're well positioned well for UT rush. There are a good number of minorities in each house, even Big 6.
