Pi Phi is pretty much from old daddy money. They recruit the money, looks are secondary and it has shown as of late. Zeta-Nice house, good girls, a strange mix the last two PC Tri-Delta-these girls are always happy and sometimes to a fault. Some true beauties. Delta Gamma-Smart Girls. Highest GPA, the last two PCs have had some smokin hot women. Hot and Smart. That is a good combination. Theta-They have been working on their grades so they have not been mixing much. Another house whos reputation is better than realtiy. Kappa-The house of Klones. The look alike and talk alike. It's just weird. KD-Getting better with each PC. AChiO-Not my favorite, but nice enough
