Love the trolls on here. Pi Kapp has done OK coming from absolutely nothing they have grown to a 90 man lower mid tier chapter. Getting the old Phi Psi house was a good move for them. Can they make it all the way into the mid tier , who knows. Keep getting 30-40 pledges a year and lock down decent relations with the mid tier sororities like DG KD and ADPI and then we'll talk.
