The nationals with the most consistently highly ranked chapters nationally are: Kappa, Theta, Phi Pi, Alpha Phi, DG, Tri-Delta, Chi-O This is just the way it is. Some of the regional Southern sororities are stronger in the South. The only less prestigious chapters of Kappa, Theta, Phi Pi, Alpha Phi are located in the South. Everywhere else in the country these are the top groups on campus in rushing strength. DG, Tri-Delta, Chi-O strongest chapters are in the South and this helps them nationally but in other regions, overall, they rush behind the top four.
