The Bee is the oldest and most prestigious but was only established in the 80s. Men's Final Clubs are 200 years old. Theta was originally the Lynx club which was a competitor to the Bee set up in the 90s and became Theta sometime around 95. Or there was a split with the Lynx that became Theta. Not exactly sure. The rest of the woman's social clubs were established in the 00s.
