A LOT of girls going through informal are going to be pissed off because they're all banking on getting bids from Pi Phi. If Pi Phi is really only taking 5-7 girls (and I'd believe that, the rep at orientation said they just wanted a few people), there's going to be a ton of pissed off girls and the other chapters are going to suffer because girls won't even look at them. I've been and I'm going to go to every event except for Sigma Alpha because they're an agricultural sorority and I'm not an ag major. Advice to any immature freshmen/sophomores doing informal right now: the other sororities can see if you're treating them as backup to Pi Phi. I saw some of you act that way. Just because Tri Delta or AZD are ranked "lower" than Pi Phi doesn't mean they want to be treated as a second choice. They all saw you swarm the Pi Phi rep at orientation and not give them a second look. They all see how disinterested you are because you're just waiting for next Tuesday. If I saw it, they saw it. You're only hurting yourselves. Most of you will be disappointed come Wednesday and you're not asked to Pi Phi's invite only events. Keep an open mind. Find where you fit best.
