How are sig chi not in the same tier as the other 3? Not defending them or anything just curious b/c it seems like they hang with top tier sorority girls and you'll see those same girls at their parties & tailgates. Also why is chi phi bottom tier? Is it because they're off campus and can't do anything official with sororities ? Because they've had their fair share of shine this semester too. Again just want an explanation. I'm not in either fraternity but these types of things keep coming up
