Member of a house that used to be tiny, has since improved. We do a lot of date party events where he strongly encourage people to only invite members from one sorority. It sounds haphazard and inconsistent, and to be blunt, it often can be. For the most part, when everyone makes a conscious effort to deliver socially, it can be really fun, and I don't think I'm missing out on much when I don't get to have the huge socials at houses/bars. I'm biased though because I genuinely enjoy my small chapter and am proud of what we're able to do, even if we don't get the huge recognition other houses do.
