Sororities pretty much all move up and down millimeters at a time with the exception of AZD because they're new. Fraternities are different though. The biggest reason Fiji is moving up is because they get good humo partners (Kappa, GPhi the last 2 years) and haven't gotten in any trouble with IFC in quite some time. DU is rising since they just came off a big 2 year suspension this year. Theta Chi is rising because they got a new house. All of the fraternities that are falling (Chi Phi, Sig Ep, Sig Chi) is just because they've gotten in trouble with the university (which it's almost impossible not to with the rules they have in place). Very little of the rising and falling is actually caused by "amazing" or "crappy" pledge classes, but rather by luck and who the university catches red-handed for breaking one of their rules when nearly every house does.
