That's ridiculous! I say rush if you really want to and it's something you can commit to. I know tons of sophomores that got into great houses like Alpha Phi, DG and Gphi last year so I wouldn't worry too much. There are houses that WILL take juniors and make exceptions for a pnm if they really like them and feel they can be an asset to the house.
