let's chill on it for a second here. pike has no physical house, doesn't have any big parties, doesn't throw tailgates, only has socials with theta/tridelt/azd and at best rushes pretty average kids. I don't see any of that improving wildly in the next few years. The Lodge has been thought of as perennially right below the top, they have the nicest house at wisconsin, throw fun parties that people go to, actually have socials with aphi/piphi/gphi (sometimes) and used to compete for guys with fiji/theta chi/sig ep. i get it the lodge is more middle tier now than before but let's not insult them by saying they could swap with pike
