I think the top fraternities and sororities to watch are always those that have more ambitious underclassmen. For example, I know Theta Chi, The Lodge, FIJI and even Pike deal with older members who aren't as willing to take the bigger risks when it comes to gameday parties or more open-to-the-public events. So as the younger members move up the ranks it will be interesting to see how the mentality of the respective houses changes.
