yeah kinda. They are just subjected to higher standards when compared to freshmen. But it's easier to get a bid as a sophomore transfer than as a sophomore whose been here for two years. When it comes down to it, give it a shot. rush around the houses you are interested in, just know that it'll be a little harder to get a bid.
