first one is spot on...the comment above is so off. DU and Theta Chi couldnt be further apart....they dont attract any similar guys. SAE and Chi Phi is so off as well...Chi Phi and Pike are both very simliar and attract the same guys while also both are considered bottom tier. I agree with the first comparisons.
