New Perspective is right on. Look for a chapter where YOU feel comfortable, whatever the "tier" is, regardless of what people say about it on an anonymous ranking site. No matter what chapter you join, you will have socials, pre games, formals, etc… you'll go out and have fun (unless you choose not to)! Good luck to you!
