Wrong context. "Actually" is referring to number of members, not a potential house. Plus, 112 is apartments (very underrated ones at that). I'd imagine they'd look into some of those houses in the 100 block on the other side of the street (near Chi O and Evans Scholars). There's a couple nicer, bigger houses that I assume could easily be gutted and fitted into a sorority house.
