FIJI/ Theta Chi/ Lodge (very similar, fiji and theta chi might have the edge on the lodge, but not enough to make them their own tier.) Why seperate sigep from SAE/Sigchi and FIJI from thetachi/lodge. it has official been established that the tiers are the way the first comment is.
