Accuracy implies that there exists a real, quantifiable definition of quality in the Greek system. Given that our opinions of chapters are totally subjective, there is absolutely no way to determine the accuracy of these. What I think you're trying to ask is if there are people who have different opinions than that of the typical rankings poster. And to that, I say no.
