they aren't above average talent-wise and in order to make up for not being talented, you have to try really hard and they just aren't willing to try hard. also, if they were with fiji, they probably wouldnt be too into it cuz they are "top house" and fiji is "middle tier" so some of them would act all elitist which would make for a bad pair
