I just wanna say that I think Pike is gonna be one of the best frats in Madison soon. With all the other houses in trouble, they're in a prime spot to rush some awesome guys. They have the 4th biggest active chapter now and I heard they're thinking of taking over another house from one of the houses that's in trouble. If they do that, they're going to be way up there.
