Theta chi and fiji are both on the upswing in terms if popularity. They both have solid groups of brothers, fun parties that girls like and have (or will hve) beautiful houses. While neither of them are "big 5", they have the most potential out of anyone to end up there. Id strongly suggest looking into both of them. The lodge is more laid back frim what i can tell, it would worry me that despite having numbers and a nice house-they dont emphasize their social calendar as much. But ive never heard bad things about them
